Reimbursement Period

Users have a 30-day window from the package delivery date to request an account credit. To remain eligible for returns, purchased bottles must be sent back to our sorting center with their initial containers and safety seals completely intact.

Processing Actions

To request a return review, please message our help division directly with your transaction confirmation. Once approved, your credit will be issued to the original credit card or financing source used during checkout within 7 to 10 banking days.

Shipping Incidents
